2. Payments and Purchases

2.1. Accepted Payment Methods

Artomagic supports payment via secure channels such as Visa and MasterCard. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to process charges for your selected purchases.

2.2. Wallet and Balance

Users may top up their internal balance, which can then be used to pay for custom art generation or access pre-made content available on the Website.

2.3. Payment Authorization

You consent to having your selected payment method charged for the total transaction amount, which includes any taxes or fees applicable.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the purchased digital asset has not been accessed, altered, or downloaded. Requests must be submitted in writing by contacting our support team directly.

3.2. Exceptions to Refunds

Payments for subscriptions, research fees, or content that has been accessed or edited are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for cancellations made after the 30-day period.

3.3. Post-Cancellation Terms

Upon cancellation, any rights to the content revert to Artomagic, and you must delete all associated files. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method.

When you use the platform to create content, you grant Artomagic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your creations for promotional or operational purposes.

4.2. Prohibited Behaviors

You agree not to:
